Shipping & Delivery Policy – Books Paradise

Books Paradise provides delivery within Karachi and to serviceable locations across Pakistan. Please review the following information regarding delivery charges, estimated delivery times, and order processing.
Delivery Charges
A standard delivery charge of Rs. 150 per order is currently applied at checkout.
As Books Paradise is currently expanding its online delivery service, delivery arrangements and charges for certain locations outside Karachi, or for unusually large or heavy orders, may require confirmation.
If the delivery arrangement or charge needs to differ from the amount displayed at checkout, Books Paradise will contact the customer before dispatch and explain the difference. No additional delivery charge will be applied without the customer's confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 working days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, product availability, weekends, public holidays, delivery-service availability, weather, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
Order Confirmation
Books Paradise may contact customers using the mobile number, WhatsApp number, or email provided during checkout to confirm:
- Order details
- Product availability
- Delivery address
- Payment status, where applicable
- Delivery arrangements or charges, where necessary
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active mobile number when placing an order.
Payment & Delivery
Books Paradise currently accepts:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where COD is available, customers may pay the confirmed order amount at the time of delivery.
Bank Transfer / Online Payment
Customers may also pay in advance through Bank Transfer/Online Payment using the official payment details provided by Books Paradise.
After making an online payment, customers may be requested to provide their Order ID and payment confirmation/transaction receipt for verification.
Orders paid through Bank Transfer/Online Payment will be processed after the payment has been successfully verified.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Books Paradise within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging where reasonably required.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information supplied by the customer is materially incorrect or incomplete, Books Paradise may contact the customer to arrange the next steps. Additional delivery costs may apply where re-delivery is required.
