Terms & Conditions – Books Paradise

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through thebooksparadise.com.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies applicable to your purchase.
Products
We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability.
Actual product appearance, packaging, colour or minor design details may occasionally differ from photographs due to manufacturer changes, screen/display differences or product variations.
For products offered in assorted designs or colours, the selected or delivered variation will follow the product listing and any choices made during ordering, subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs.) unless otherwise stated.
We try to keep prices accurate. If a genuine pricing or listing error is discovered before fulfilment, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and provide appropriate options before proceeding.
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative, adjust the order with the customer's agreement, or cancel/refund the unavailable item as applicable.
We will not substitute a materially different product without customer agreement.
Orders
Submitting an order does not prevent Books Paradise from contacting the customer to verify order details, address, availability or delivery arrangements where reasonably necessary.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect information, product unavailability, obvious pricing/listing errors or inability to fulfil/deliver the order.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be arranged.
Payment
Current payment option(s):
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may pay the confirmed order amount at the time of delivery where Cash on Delivery is available.
2. Bank Transfer / Online Transfer
Customers may also pay for their order in advance through direct bank/online transfer.
Bank transfer details will be provided during checkout, order confirmation, or directly by Books Paradise through an official contact method.
When making an online transfer, customers may be asked to provide their order number and payment confirmation/transaction receipt so that the payment can be verified.
Orders paid through bank transfer will be processed after the payment has been successfully verified.
Important: Customers should transfer payment only to the bank/account details officially provided by Books Paradise. Books Paradise will not be responsible for payments sent to incorrect or unauthorized account details.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery charges, destinations and estimated delivery periods may depend on location, parcel size/weight, courier availability and other relevant circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
Website content belonging to Books Paradise, including original branding, graphics, text and other materials, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law or where the material belongs to its respective third-party owner.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or maintenance may occur.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website or business practices change. The current version displayed on the website will show its latest update date.
